    Our Complete Deaver Spring Under kit has been a great success but some people wanted a more minimalist approach so here you are!

    You will have to cut the Ubolts to fit the thickness of the springs you are using to keep the ends within the bottom cradle. These are for an 3.25" diameter axle (Ford 8.8, D60, 9", Etc..).

    The bottom "Cradle" brackets are 1.75" deep and can protect the Ubolt threads from the dirt and rocks, just trim the ends after you install them.

    They are made 2.5" or 60mm wide in the spring area, only enough to allow a snug fit so if you lose the center pin it won't fall apart on you. We make the perches slightly wider to add stability and fully rest the spring under the perch.

    This is a Do It Yourself (DIY) unwelded kit and comes with the pieces to complete 1 axle left and right sides.

    Tired of your upper OEM shock bracket ripping out and wrecking your shocks. Whether you have a stripped out upper shock bracket, or your shocks are rubbing your lower coil or coil mount, this is the kit for you. This gives you a high clearance lower axle mount. Not only gaining you strength but clearance from any obstacles in your way. A frame notch bracket in order to have enough clearance for the shock during articulation. And then a top mount. This top mount is longer then needed, and should be cut down per application. Depending on shock length, lift height, and desired uptravel this will be cut to suite your specific needs.     This is a spring hanger made for 2.5" Leaf Springs (If yours have the Large 3" OD Bushings you need the hangers for 2.75" springs). The inner width is 2.75" for bushing room and it has an additional "ramp" piece for greater rigidity. This particular style of spring hanger can be used to add 1"+ WB when used extending beyond the frame, the spring pin location is aligned with the leading edge of the bracket itself.     This setup is very similar to what you are used to, 2 plates with holes 8" on center. However, they are 3/8" thick and made from A50 Plate for strength! Thats the old part, the new on these versus the others we make is that some of you wanted a more Laid Back style. These low enough to clear gas tanks that hang low in the rear and the lower mounting point dosen't ride below the axle! Why eliminate clearance you have fought for? These will also work fine with the complete system and are also made from 3/8" plate. If you want them as part of the complete axle end system they are an option.

    Our 14 Bolt Disc Brake Brackets are bent, eliminating spacers therefore making them stronger and slightly lighter as well. All of our brackets are 3/8" thick for strength and rigidity and it costs us less to make which we can pass on to you the customer.

    This is the bracket for your Chevy D70 Dually and it actually fits. I developed these after the success of our 14 Bolt brackets and seeing what was available on the market and the problems associated with the others. The D70 was used by all of the Big 3 automakers and they all had different uses and designs specifically for them. These are for a Chevy D70 Dually only. These are for Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) axles not Single Rear Wheel (SRW) axles. Both the Dodge and Ford have different flanges and tube diameters. We have actually identified 4 different flanges in use and 3 tube diameters. How can 1 size fit all? So Please, don't buy the 1 size fits all available out there, you may get lucky and have it work but the odds are against you.....These also use the '75 Chevy 3/4 Ton Front Rotors and Calipers. They will need the rotor throat opened ~3/16"

    These are not for Dual Rear Wheels, they are made for people running that axle with single rear wheels.

    Here is an easy bolt on bracket for the Sterling axles. This one also uses the GM Caliper for the 73-87 3/4 Ton 4x4 Front with the MKD153 pads.(We use GM brake parts because they are 1/2 the cost of the Ford and are less expensive than the wedge system. The Rotor is a 96 Ford E350 Van Rear rotor (NAPA#4886799). These were a long time coming but totally worth the wait. However there is of course an exception to the rule here. In '94 Ford changed the inner bearing width. To use this with the later years a 1/8" spacer would be required. All of our brake brackets are sold in pairs.

    Here is the bracket so many of you asked us to make, it works on the Cab & Chassis 14 Bolt Axle ('73-87). This bracket uses the '75 Chevy 3/4 Ton Front rotors and calipers just like the rest of the 14 Bolt Disc Brake brackets we make, it simply has the different offset required to run on a Cab & Chassis Axle. These make the 14 bolt Disk Brake Conversion easy! They are sold in pairs and made of 3/8" plate. They are bent and do not require spacers like the ones other companies make.

    After '99 all bets are off, the newer model 14 Bolt axles have a variety of patterns & offsets, use a weld on bracket for a newer 14 Bolt axle.

    These are the 14 Bolt Brake Brackets for the fairly common swap of CNC hubs being put on a SRW 14 bolt Axle ('73-87) to narrow the overall width. They are the same as our standard Disc Brackets with the exception of the offset needed to position the caliper correctly on the flange. They are 3/8" Plate steel bent to the correct offset and bolt right up! These make the 14 bolt Disc Brake Conversion easy! They come in pairs. If you think about these they MUST be bent or machined, anything else will NOT fit. They still use the '75 Chevy 3/4 Ton Rotors & Calipers.     Here you are, an easy bolt on bracket for the Pre '77 Ford D60 axles! This one also uses the GM Caliper ('73-87 3/4 Ton 4x4 Front) because it is 1/2 the cost of the Ford and way less expensive to put together than the wedge system. The rotor is a '75 Chevy 3/4 4x4 Ton Front rotor. These were a long time coming but way worth the wait! These are only for the Ford D60, if someone tells you they are the same hang up the phone, these are for the early Ford D60, the ones with slip on drums.     Like I said, they are different! The early D60 ford axles used different brakes and therefore they need a different disc brake setup for the newer ones. These are for the years '77 & up to when the Sterling started being used.

    They are just like all of our Disc Brake Brackets in that they are 3/8" thick! They use the '75 Chevy 3/4 Ton 4x4 Front Rotors & Calipers but you may have to remove 1/10" of the inside diameter of the throat of the rotor. It was the best choice of Rotor and any brake shop should be able to do it for $20.

    This is a step up from the weld on Caliper Bracket you have all seen that is available in 3/16" only, the difference is that this one is made out of 3/8" Plate and cut for various axle tube sizes chosen below. The caliper is the '75 Chevy 3/4 ton, it is very easy to find and it is cheap to buy. The rotor will depend on your application, since these calipers are floaters they will go on just about any vented rotor. This is the cleanest way to build an axle, cut off that old drum flange and weld on the bracket, no bolts to check on, lighter weight, easy mounting. Sold in pairs.

    These are made for the '89 11.75" Bronco 5 on 5.5" rotors and an inexpensive '73-87 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 front caliper. You can use any of the 20 or so high performance calipers that share the 7.05" caliper pin spacing also but the Chevy seems more than good enough for nearly everyone.

    These are 3/8" thick and wrap completely around the axle. If the were only partially around the axle they would be strong enough but welding the entire diameter helps control warp of the tube itself. These are made for Full Floating Spindle end axles but will work with the factory flanged axle ends, just turn the flange down and cut off the bottom half of the circle.

Build your own rockers or add tube steps to an existing set with this pair of rocker guard tube steps with included gussets to add good looks and strength. These are made from 1.5"x.120" structural steel tubing and measure roughly 43.5" in total length and will enhance what ever project your working on. They will stick out about 3" from the base and we cut them so they fit on a flat base and angle up about 20 degrees.

    We have been thinking about these for a long time and I think we have come up with the best way to make them so here goes. This is one of the most popular tubes used in areas you would want removable. One thing we do to make these better is using a larger bolt, that is the weak link so why would you want to rely on a 1/4" bolt? These use a 5/16" bolt. These are made of 1045 Billet, not chromoly, the bulk of these completely negates the need for chromoly. These are sold each.

    This hole plate can be used however you see fit, we see them being used primarily as rocker and cage joining attachment plates. When mounting a cage securely through the floor use 2 (1 for either side) and place the tube at least 2/3 of the way through, weld both inside and out, this adds a great amount of shear strength as in a major side impact.     These are simply Cage Flange Plates made to SCORE pass through Spec's, perfect for body areas where they are required to be bolted through the body and sandwich the body. They are 3/16" thick and have 7/16" holes for the bolts. Consult your Class rules, they are not required for every class! These are different than most of you are used to using, they have a hole in them. It is not for running the tube through but if you can figure out how to do it and then tie back into the frame I believe it would be legal. At least that is my take on the rulebook and we all know that everything is up for interpretation. The large holes are for shear strength. you should put the tube 2/3 through and weld the inside to the plate, weld the outside also around the tube. The additional side support of the tube adds significant shear strength when compared to a tube butt welded to a plate. These are also legal for use in the BITD Series and if they are not yet required by the series you are racing they will be as rules are modernized. These are sold in pairs to meet SCORE requirements.

    These are not a new idea because this method has been in use for 20+ years by the desert guys. The Heims are placed so the bolt is vertical and the Heim is in a horizontal orientation.

    What this does is transfer the load to the strongest part of the joint. Vertically mounted joints take lateral loads through the bearing races and that just helps them wear out sooner. Think about it, your shocks and limit straps absorb the up and down motion, the races are forced to absorb the lateral motion and act as limit straps.

    Setting up all of your joints this way is not a practical solution due to the vulnerability of the bolt but it makes perfect sense for the uppers. Another benefit of using these is that you can increase triangulation by not having to deal with space needed for the bolt in between the joints and you can place them very close together. We leave 1/2" between them when using 1.25" Heims.

    We are making them for any flat mounting surface, they could be easily modified to fit any other surface. They are 1/4" thick and made tall enough to be adaptable to any truss or weldable housing. Also keep in mind that when you situate your Rod Ends horizontally you need very little misalignment because the links travel match the axle's movement. These come with a 9/16" hole that can easily be drilled larger, going smaller would be making it weaker so we don't make that easy.

    These are the ideal way to set up the bottom link of any 3 or 4 link suspension and these are almost 3 pounds each! They are meant for the side or the rig taking a beating now and then (all the time). We make them .25 thick with a gradually sloped ramp shape to bring them up to the strength of our .375 Chassis tabs and lessen impact, we are pretty sure you can wear them out but you will be very challenged to break them. They are high enough around the bolt to give all but the very largest Heims complete protection and still short enough on the joint end to allow full articulation. These are in the popular 2.625 (2 5/8) width so any joint or Heim with missalignment can be used. Made exclusively of A50 Steel Plate for its density and strength. These are sold in pairs.

    These a great way to set up the bottom axle link of any 3 or 4 link suspension, this link bracket is for Axle mounting, it is cut for a 3.0" Tube but we all know how to change that. You can also add a few degrees offset with a couple minutes and that same tool. Made with the very common 2.625" (2 5/8) inner width. These are .25 HR P&O Steel Plate with an integral Bridge bent into the Bracket so you have no weld related stress risers to worry about. Drilled for .5625" (9/16) bolts but easily drilled to another size. Sold as pairs.

    This is a new variation of a bracket we used to make. It is lighter and smaller to fit into tighter spaces.

    The old 3 legged links were unstoppable but I will admit they were big and heavy being made entirely from 3/8" plate, these new ones are .25" thick but retain the 3/8" inner tab for an extremely strong backbone.

    They come unwelded. They are easily customized to fit all kinds of applications. We also sell them individually so they can be used in a 3 link or even as used a wishbone bracket.

    Something new and unique that really opens up your upper link options. These are similar to some made by other companies but have 2 extra interesting features. Adjustability is not new but extra strength with less weight and greater security is. These are made with an inner and outer shell of 1/4" plate.

    There were 2 reasons we made them this way. First off we have never had a reported failure with our 3 legged links that are entirely 1/4" so the additional strength helps. Secondly, the inner plate's 3 points of adjustment are each threaded so tightness and bolt retention are incredible. The inner plate is also a tremendous helpful in the mock up stage because of the 5/8" threaded holes.

    These are a new take on an old idea. Radius arms have been around a long time, I don't think Ford was the first.

    The old part is simply the modification of a 4 link suspension into a 2 link with a panhard. This has been tested and true for a minimum of 30 years. What's new is the adjustability! You can fine tune both your suspension and your steering. Even if you go up in tire size these are adjustable enough to keep your caster in check.

    These are made to go on 2" x .25" wall for the lower arm and use a 7/8" heim for the upper connection, I would encourage a minimum of 1.75" x .25" for the upper arm segment. Mounting distance is 2". Sold in Pairs.

    We designed this link tower a little bit shorter than our adjustable link tower. Sometimes you need a little extra room to fit those brackets up front. It is 7" from centerline of a 3" axle tube to the 9/16 bolt hole. Since the bracket is in multiple piece it also makes it easier to trim an fit to places like the side of your center section. The width is set for 2 5/8 wide or for an 1 1/4 rod end.

The seperation they are designed for 7", 8" & 9", we believe if you need more seperation than that it should be mounted from a truss to eliminate leverage.     These are a new takeoff from an old idea. The idea is how to make an infinately adjustable link set for a Tube Chassis. Well, they are not completely correct as in "Infinately Adjustable" because after they are welded in place some of it has to stop but using these allows for 3 different height adjustments for when you change things, say from 37's to 42's without having to completely remount new links for an optimum setup.

    These have elliptical holes set at 20 degrees, with only minor changes you can set the angle from 10 to about 35 degrees . They come in a set of 4, 2 inner tabs and 2 outer tabs, they are 3/8" thick but I would bridge them also for additional strength. This set says lower but they would be fine for upper links too.

    Fits 96-03 Wrangler TJ. Wranglers have weld-nuts inside the frame rails that secure the transfer case skid plate in place. The skid plate also is the transmission and transfer case mount. Typically the bolts are a problem to remove due to rust on the inside of the frame rail. When this happens, access holes are often cut unto the side to facilitate removal of these bolts. This method gives access to dirt and water, which can collect inside the rails and rust them from the inside out. This Safe-T-Cap kit is a full length repair, it runs from trailing arm mount to trailing arm mount, and is approximately 41 in length. Pick from left side, right side or both.
